Celebrate Sunflowers Day #7

For the month of March, Stampin’ Up has a great sale on stamps and dies bundles along with the Mini Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine 150673 . I will be posting samples of cards that I have designed using some of the bundles. Sunflowers are my favorite flower, so it only makes sense that I start with the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle 154065

Here are samples of a couple of layouts I used with this bundle in the past. Some of the products used on these samples may no longer be available but can be substituted with current SU products along with the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle.

Sample #1

Directions/measurements: Card base 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” cardstock, scored at 4 1/4” and folded. Add patterned paper 4” x 5 1/4” to card front. Die cut large sunflower outline from Vellum Cardstock 101856 with the sunflower die from the Sunflowers Dies 152704 . Stamp and die cut some floral and leaf images with coordinating colors from the Forever Fern Stamp Set 152559 and the Forever Flourishing dies 152714 . Place and adhere them to card front. Die cut the detailed sunflower image on Basic White 159276 and sponge with coordinating ink colors. Adhere to card front. Add sentiment and stamp envelope.

Sample #2

Directions/measurements: Card base 4 1/4” x 11” Early Expresso 119686 , scored at 5 1/2” and folded. Adhere 4” x 5 1/4” Basic White 159276 to card front. Add 3 3/4” x 4 1/4” embossed Copper Foil Sheet 142020 to card front. Add 3 3/4” x 2 1/2” Early Expresso to card front. Adhere 3 1/4” square of patterned paper. From the Sunflower Dies 152704 , die cut large sunflower outline from Early Expresso and large sunflower detailed die from Copper Foil Sheet. Adhere them together and add to card front with dimensionals. Die cut sunflower center from Copper Foil Sheets and add to copper sunflower. Stamp envelope with Early Expresso Ink
