SU’s Fragrant Flowers Bundle (160460) and  SU’s Favored Flowers DSP (160833) Free SAL

This thank you card is a great layout to use with SU’s gorgeous Favored Flowers DSP which is available free during Salabration with a $50 purchase until February 28th. Gorgeous color combination and beautiful floral designs!!

The card base is Basic Black (121045) cut at 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4” and folded in half on the score line. Adhere a 4” x 5 1/4” layer of SU’s Favored Flowers DSP on the card front. Add a strip 2 1/2” x 5 1/4” Basic Black. Add 2” x 3 5/8” DSP and 2” x 1 1/2” DSP to the Basic Black strip. Use the Fragrant Flowers Dies to die cut the flower image from the Favored Flowers DSP. Adhere that to the card front using deminsionals. Add a sentiment to a label and adhere to the card front with dimensionals. Add a 2 1/2” by 6” piece of Favored Flowers DSP to the envelope flap and trim.

SU’s Desert Details Bundle (160532) and SU’s Delicate Desert DSP (160521)

This was a card challenge I received for the month of January. Just love this bundle from SU!! Love the colors!!

Card base is 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4” and folded on the score line to make the base. I used SU Cajun Craze (119684). Add a layer of 3 3/4” x 5” cardstock (I used SU Pale Papaya-155668.) Attach three strips of DSP cut 1 1/2” x 3 1/2”. I used Delicate Desert DSP (160521). I added die cuts from SU’s Desert Details dies (160531) and sequins from SU’s Gold Faceted Adhesive-Backed Sequins (160536). I stamped the envelope flap with the flower stamps from SU’s Desert Details stamp set (160532) using SU’s Calypso Coral Classic Stampin’ Pad (147101).

Here is another alternative color combination for this card layout using SU’s Soft Succulent cardstock (155776) and SU’s Gary Granite cardstock (146983) along with the stamp set and DSP.

Envelope Flap Fold with SU’s Desert Details Bundle (160523) 

Love this bundle from Stampin’ Up!s 2023 Mini Catalog. I used SU’s Delicate Desert DSP (160521) and SU’s Dry Brushed Metallic (160837). These are my colors: Cajun Craze and Soft Succulent!

Card base is 4 1/4’ x 5 1/2” cardstock. (I used SU Cajun Craze cardstock-119684).Score a 5 1/4” x 8” white piece of cardstock at 4” and fold on the score line. Fold a 3 3/4” x 3 3/4” piece of DSP in half. (I used SU’s Dry Brushed Metallic specialty DSP-160837). Glue the DSP to the back side of the top of the fold on the white cardstock. This makes the envelope flap of DSP. Adhere the back of the white cardstock to the card base. Add a piece of DSP 2” x 5 1/4” to the card front. (I used SU’s Delicate Desert DSP-160521). I stamped the flowers on white cardstock and die cut them with the dies. Also die cut two pieces of DSP with the dies. Adhere the die cuts to the card front. Add the flowers with dimensionals to the card front. The envelope flap on top of the card front should fit right under the flowers to keep the card closed. Embellish with SU’s Gold Faceted Adhesive-Backed Sequins (160536). Adhere a 2 1/2” x 6” piece of DSP to the flap of the envelope and trim.

SU’s Something Fancy Bundle (160425) and SU’s Fancy Flora DSP (160413)

SU’s Something Fancy Bundle is so much fun to create with. Here’s a great layout using a retired embossing folder, but you could easily replace it with SU’s Cane Weave 3D folder (160580) or SU’s Metal Plate 3D folder (160766). 

This was a mystery stamping challenge. Cut cardstock at 5 1/2” by 8 1/2”. (I used Evening Evergreen-155574.)  Score at 4 1/4” and fold on the score line. Cut a piece coordinating carstock 4” x 5 1/4”, embossed. (I used SU’s Soft Suede -115318). Cut a piece of  DSP 2 1/2” by 4”; the cut the DSP at a diagonal. It doesn’t not have to be exactly half. Adhere the larger piece of the DSP to the card front. Cut a piece of DSP 1” x 5” and adhere along the larger piece. Trim. (I used Fancy Flora DSP-160413). Stamp a sentiment on a label, punch, or die cut. (I used SU’s Something Fancy dies - 160424 and Something Fancy stamp set-160416.) I added die cuts from the DSP using another SU die set. Can add ribbon and embellishments of your choice. (I used a retired ribbon from SU cut in half. I used my Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends -154906 to color SU’s Pearl Basic Jewels.) Adhere a 2 1/2” x 6” DSP to the envelope flap and trim. (I used matching SU’s Fancy Flora DSP.)

Simple Layout Using SU’s Fancy Flora DSP (160413)

And SU’s Something Fancy Bundle (160425)

The challenge for this card was to use to vertical panels. Easy with the gorgeous SU’s Fancy Flora DSP (160413). Card base is 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” with Daffodil Delight (119683) cardstock, scored at 4 1/4” and folded on the score line. Add a layer of 4” x 5 1/4” cardstock. (I used SU’s Starry Sky cardstock -159263). Add two panels of DSP: 1” x 4” and 1 3/4” x 4”. (I used Fancy Flora DSP). Add Daffodil Delight cardstock 1 1/8” by 4 1/8” and 1 7/8” by 4 1/8”. Stamp the sentiment from SU’s Something Fancy stamp set (160416) and die cut using SU’s Something Fancy’s smallest die(160424). Adhere to a Daffodil Delight label die cut with SU’s Something Fancy’s largest die. Add SU’s Metallic Woven Ribbon in Starry Sky (159198), and SU’s 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots (159186). Adhere label with dimensionals to the card front. Adhere a DSP strip 2 1/2” by 6” to the envelope flap and trim.

SU’s Friendly Gnomes Stamp Set and Design A Daydream DSP

This was a card challenge to use the color combination of Night of Navy, Granny Apple Green and Balmy Blue SU’s color collections. Such a fun layout using SU’s Friendly Gnomes (160714) from SU’s Mini Catalog 2023 and Design A Dream DSP (159161) from SU’s 2022-2023 Annual Catalog.

Card base is 5 1/2” by 8 1/2” cardstock. (I used Crumb Cake cardstock 120953) Add a layer 4” x 5 1/4” cardstock. Adhere 1/2” strips of DSP or cardstock to the card front. Stamp the sentiment from SU’s Desert Details stamp set (160523) on a label. I used a circle from SU’s Stylish Shapes dies (159183). Add the label and images using dimensionals to the card front. Embellish with gems, pearls, ribbon. Adhere 2 1/2” x 6” DSP to the envelope flap and trim.
